The Marcie Madden Fund

The Fishers Island Library is privileged to be the beneficiary of a fund established to honor Marcie Madden, who was an avid reader and a devoted mother who taught her children early the value of having books in their lives.  Also, Marcie loved Fishers Island and the Library’s accessibility to the community, both seasonal and year round. 

With the Marcie Madden Fund, we will improve the children’s collection, programs and facilities to enhance a similar love of reading and books in the children of the Fishers Island community.  We ask you to add to this important effort and to honor Marcie’s memory.
